Registration is Now Open

We are excited to announce that registration for the 23rd Annual AEES Conference is now open! Click here to register today!

The goal of this conference is to provide a forum for sharing ideas, information, and experiences among:​

  • Engineers

  • Landscape Architects

  • Environmental Scientists

  • Natural Resource Managers

  • Ecological Scientists

  • Practitioners

  • Environmental Consultants

  • Federal, State, and Local Government Agency Personnel

  • Students working to improve ecosystem health and global sustainability

Payment Information

Registration fees will cover all sessions, lunches, snacks, field trips, and social dinner from June 6th to 9th. You must register by May 20, 2023 to avoid paying a $50 late fee. Registration closes on June 1st.​

Payment Information

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and checks for payment of your registration fees. Checks should be payable to University of South Florida. In the memo line, please write the name and date of the meeting and the name(s) of the attendee(s) or print and include a copy of the registration confirmation for each attendee.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Registration cancellation requests must be submitted by email to Mauricio Arias (mearias@usf.edu). Cancellation requests made on or before Friday, May 20 2023, will receive a full refund. Registration cancellation requests received after Friday, May 20, 2023 will be ineligible for refund. Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time. Please send an email to Mauricio Arias (mearias@usf.edu) to request a substitution.

Student Travel Grants

Student travel grants will be awarded to help offset conference expenses for students. Students may apply for travel grants when they fill out the Registration Form.

 

Student conference grant applications will be accepted from March 15th to April 1st.  More information will be emailed directly to students with accepted abstracts. Awardees will be notified by April 15, 2023 of the award level. Grant payments will be issued as a reimbursement following the conference; additional instructions for requesting travel grant payments will be provided with the award notification email. Students awarded a travel grant are required to stay at the conference hotel, and priority will be given to those students presenting at the conference. Please book your hotel reservation early
