Registration fees will cover all sessions, lunches, snacks, and social events from June 2-4, 2026. Dinner on Wednesday, May 29th, is also provided. Registration opening soon.​

Payment Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and checks for payment of your registration fees. Checks should be payable to Virginia Tech. In the memo line, please write the name and date of the meeting and the name(s) of the attendee(s) or print and include a copy of the registration confirmation for each attendee.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [EMAIL]. Cancellation requests made on or before [DATE] will receive a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee. Registration cancellation requests received after [DATE] will be ineligible for refund. Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time. Please send an email to request a substitution.
