2023 Annual Meeting

Registration is closed!

The goal of this conference is to provide a forum for sharing ideas, information, and experiences among:​

  • Engineers

  • Landscape Architects

  • Environmental Scientists

  • Natural Resource Managers

  • Planners

  • Ecological Scientists

  • Practitioners

  • Policy Makers

  • Academia

  • Environmental Consultants

  • Federal, State, and Local Government Agency Personnel

  • Environmental Interest Groups

  • Students working to improve ecosystem health and global sustainability

Registration fees will cover all sessions, lunches, snacks, and social events from June 6th - 8th. You must register by April 30, 2023 to avoid paying a late fee of $50 for students and $100 for professionals. Registration closes on June 1st.​

There is an additional $10 fee to attend field trips on 6/9.

AEES memberships are based on the calendar year (expire December 31st annually). You can renew your membership here: https://www.ecoeng.org/membership

  • AEES young professionals (under 30) membership and post-docs: $50

  • AEES student membership: $25

  • AEES emeritus membership: $35

  • AEES lifetime membership: $900

Payment Information

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and checks for payment of your registration fees. Checks should be payable to University of South Florida. In the memo line, please write the name and date of the meeting and the name(s) of the attendee(s) or print and include a copy of the registration confirmation for each attendee.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Registration cancellation requests must be submitted by email to ecoeng2023@gmail.com. Cancellation requests made on or before April 30, 2023, will receive a full refund. Registration cancellation requests received after April 30, 2023 will be ineligible for refund. Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time. Please send an email to request a substitution.
